How It Works

An initial contact through either phone email or a workshop and showroom visit usually by appointment sets the wheels in motion.

An appointment for a home visit by one of our designers is made. They will look with a designers eye at the layout, style and the individual character of your home, noting fine architectural detail whilst taking accurate measurements. They will listen to your personal requirements sketch details and may take photographs. This is key to the overall process.

We now design and prepare plans, evaluation and note materials to be used. Once all fine details have been agreed and a budget set a commissioning deposit is paid and installation dates set.

Your kitchen ideas can now start to become a reality as our craftsmen begin the pleasurable task of creating yet another unique kitchen handmade solely for your individual needs.

At this stage we will co-ordinate with your builder and decorators with regard to correct positioning of water, gas and electrical installation right down to the lighting layout and finishes to electrical points.

When the final piece of the project is fitted and the finishing touches added we will proudly check every detail and take photographs for the members of the team who unfortunately do not get to see the final creation.

At this point we ask for the final payment.
